I bring over 20 years of international experience, including 13 years with the United Nations, leading programs in disaster risk reduction, stabilization, peace, and security across fragile and conflict-affected contexts. My work has included counter-terrorism and deradicalization initiatives, gender programming, integrating them into wider recovery and resilience strategies.As Senior Program Manager and later Chief of Stabilization and Recovery in MINUSMA, I managed multi-million-dollar portfolios, supervised diverse teams, and oversaw projects addressing floods, food insecurity, agricultural crises, and violent extremism. As Head of Office in Timbuktu, I represented the UN with government authorities, civil society, and security counterparts, leading crisis response, humanitarian negotiations, and coordination with military and police forces.Previously, as UNV Country Director in Mali and the Central African Republic, I managed over 800 volunteers, mobilized $2.5M with donors to support youth resilience and peacebuilding, and represented UNV in UNCT and donor coordination platforms. At UN headquarters, I help coordinating MINUSMA’s $1.2B budget as Result Based Budgeting focal point in the Director of Mission Support office.Fluent in English and French, I am committed to inclusive, gender-responsive, and locally owned approaches to building resilience, advancing sustainable development, and strengthening peace and security.
